Prices and Terms

Reservation

40% deposit requested upon booking by check or bank transfer except for a stay of one or two nights, where we ask for the first night as a deposit.
The reservation will be effective after receipt of the deposit and the payment of the balance will be made upon your arrival.
In case of cancellation of the room less than 15 days before your arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. We will send you an invoice to send to your travel insurance for the reimbursement of your stay.
Any stay started is due in full. No price reduction is applied for a shortened stay.
Arrivals are between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. (or other according to prior agreement).
Departures are no later than 11am.

Pets are not allowed.
No possibility of a child's bed.
Non-smoking rooms.
Meals not allowed in the villa.
Access is reserved only for people staying in the villa. No outside visitors are allowed.
The configuration of the villa does not allow the reception of people with reduced mobility.

Maximum rates per room per night from January 1 to December 31, 2023 with breakfast included, wifi and car park.
